Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Star Security Spikes™. We strive to provide the highest quality products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Please initiate all returns and exchanges by sending an email to refunds@starsecurityspikes.co.za. Your email should include the following information:

Security Spikes Icon or BulletA valid reason for the return.

Security Spikes Icon or BulletA request for a refund within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Security Spikes Icon or BulletYour preference for either account crediting or product replacement/exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, It must also be in the original packaging. Non-returnable items include: Damaged or used

Refunds

Returns and refunds will only be accepted after consultation and written approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. For defective items, please send proof with pictures to refunds@starsecurityspikes.co.za for inspection and approval. If a refund is approved, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the total invoice amount. The buyer is responsible for returning the item within 5 days of approval, following consultation with the seller..

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your item and will not be liable for any losses or damages during delivery. The item must be delivered, inspected, and approved within 5 days of approval at the buyer's expense. Any interruption in the delivery process by the buyer absolves us of any accountability or liability for losses and damages. Responsibility for the item passes to the buyer once the order is dispatched. Buyers should familiarize themselves with our company policy on our website before making any purchases through Star Security Spikes™. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, costs, or disputes that may arise from a sale. By purchasing items through Star Security Spikes™, the buyer acknowledges and accepts our company policy.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at refunds@starsecurityspikes.co.za  and send your item to: 176 Arum Rd, Table View, Cape Town, 7441
